本「Tier List Maker」（以下簡稱「本 App」）由 yuhudaddy（張友達）獨立開發與發行。本政策說明本 App 處理使用者資料的方式。使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並同意本政策。
1. 本 App 不蒐集的資料
本 App 本身不會蒐集、儲存或上傳任何可識別您個人身分的資料。具體而言：
- 您建立的 tier list 內容、加入的圖片，僅儲存於您裝置本機，不會上傳到任何伺服器。
- 本 App 沒有帳號系統，無需註冊或登入。
- 本 App 沒有後端伺服器，不會傳送您的使用行為資料。
2. 透過第三方服務蒐集的資料
本 App 整合下列第三方服務以維持免費營運，這些服務可能依其各自政策蒐集資料：
Google AdMob（廣告）
為了在 App 內顯示廣告，AdMob 可能會處理：
- 廣告識別碼（iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID）
- 廣告互動資料（曝光、點擊、轉換）
- 一般裝置技術資訊（型號、作業系統版本、語言、概略地理區域）
是否允許 AdMob 進行追蹤（在 iOS 上）由您於系統「App 追蹤透明度（ATT）」彈窗中決定。您可隨時於「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤」變更此設定。

App Store / Google Play（內購）
本 App 提供「移除廣告」一次性購買（買斷制，非訂閱）。購買處理完全由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 完成，本 App 不會接觸您的付款資訊。
3. 您裝置上的資料
本 App 使用您裝置的儲存空間保存：
- 您建立的 tier list 與評級資料（透過本機資料庫 Hive）
- 您加入的圖片副本（複製到 App 的私有資料夾）
- 應用程式偏好設定（主題、語言、購買狀態）
這些資料僅存在於您的裝置上，移除 App 時將一併清除。
4. 兒童
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會主動蒐集兒童個人資料。
5. 您的權利
由於本 App 不會在伺服器端保留任何個人資料，您可以：
- 透過 iOS / Android 系統設定關閉 App 追蹤
- 透過刪除 App 完全清除所有本機資料
6. 政策變更
本政策若有變更，將更新此頁面，並修改頂端「最後更新」日期。重大變更時將於 App 內公告。

This privacy policy explains how the "Tier List Maker" mobile application ("the App"), independently developed by yuhudaddy (Yu-Da Chang), handles user data. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Data the App Does Not Collect
The App itself does not collect, store, or upload any personally identifiable information. Specifically:
- Your tier lists, ratings, and imported images are stored only on your device and never uploaded to any server.
- The App has no account system; no registration or login is required.
- The App has no backend server and does not transmit your usage behavior.
2. Data Collected by Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services to remain free, and these services may collect data under their own policies:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
To serve ads, AdMob may process:
- Advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions)
- General device technical information (model, OS version, language, approximate region)
On iOS, whether AdMob is allowed to track you is determined by your response to the system "App Tracking Transparency (ATT)" prompt. You can change this at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

App Store / Google Play (In-App Purchase)
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase (one-time, not a subscription). Purchase processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store; the App does not see your payment details.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
The App uses your device storage to keep:
- Tier lists and rating data (via local Hive database)
- Copies of images you import (stored in the App's private folder)
- App preferences (theme, language, purchase status)
This data stays only on your device and is fully removed when you uninstall the App.
4. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Your Rights
Because the App does not retain any personal data on a server, you can:
- Disable App Tracking via your iOS / Android system settings
- Remove all local data by uninstalling the App
6. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be announced inside the App.
